I'm Briana Brookins, the Real Estate Matchmaker.
Most people find me at a turning point. A first home. A growing family. A downsize that's equal parts relief and grief. A move to a city they don't know yet. The common thread isn't the property. It's the size of the decision, and wanting someone who will make it clear.
I'm a Boston-area Realtor® with Charlesgate, and Happily Ever Housing is how I practice: calm, honest, and built around you actually understanding what you're deciding.
How I work
Massachusetts real estate has its own rules. Condo fees, offer timelines, town-by-town tradeoffs that don't show up in a listing. My role isn't to rush you or sell you on a headline. It's to help you understand your options, weigh the real tradeoffs, and move forward in a way that supports your life.
I work with first-time buyers, move-up buyers, downsizers, investors, and people relocating to Greater Boston. I focus on Dedham, Roslindale, Brookline, and the surrounding towns, with a particular eye on new construction and new development.
Most of my clients arrive overwhelmed by the process. They leave understanding every decision they made. That's the standard I hold myself to.
A little about me
Originally from Pittsburgh, now rooted in Dedham. I chose this community on purpose, which is part of why I read it the way I do for the people moving into it.
